At FurBuddy.eg, we are dedicated to getting your pet’s essentials to your doorstep quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our delivery options, timelines, and costs within Egypt.

1. Delivery Options & Timelines
We offer a range of delivery speeds to fit your schedule:
  • Same-Day Delivery (Cairo & Giza):
    • Available for orders placed before 12:30 pm Sunday–Saturday.
    • Orders placed after this cut-off will be delivered the following business day unless a later date is requested.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Standard for all orders placed after the same-day cut-off or upon customer request.
  • Scheduled/Flexible Delivery: If you prefer a later delivery date, please specify your preferred day and time window in the "Order Notes" section during checkout.
  • Other Governorates (e.g., Alexandria, Delta, Upper Egypt): Typically delivered within [3–5] business days.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order:
  • Cairo & Giza: [Cairo 100 EGP - Giza 120 EGP].
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on orders over [ 2000 EGP] within Cairo and Giza [ 2500 EGP] or with Next-day Delivery 
  • Other Regions: Fees vary by governorate; please see the checkout page for exact rates.

3. Order Processing & Tracking
  • Operating Days: We process and ship orders Saturday through Friday.
  • Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via [Email/WhatsApp/SMS] with tracking details or the courier’s contact information.

4. Delivery Process & Unclaimed Packages
  • Courier Contact: Our delivery partner will call or message you prior to arrival to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • Failed Attempts: If a delivery is unsuccessful after [several] attempts due to no response, the order will be returned to our facility. A redelivery fee may apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept COD. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery to avoid delays.

5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you receive damaged pet food or accessories, contact us at +201044467788 or furbuddy.eg@gmail.com within [24 hours] with photos of the package and items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the borders of Egypt and do not offer international delivery at this time.
